If you are receiving a Pop up stating that your email is not able to connect.  Please do the following.


Click Settings, Click Password & Accounts.

Click the Email Account that is giving you the Error.


Click Account.

Update the Host Name: securemail.aplus.net

Make Sure the User Name and Password are filled in.

Click Advanced.

Make Sure Use SSL is Enabled. 

Make Sure Server Port is 993.

Click Account, Click Done,  Let Account Verify.


Click Back on Account.

Click SMTP, Click Primary Server.

Update the Host Name: securemail.aplus.net

Make Sure the User Name and Password are filled in.

Make Sure Use SSL is Enabled. 

Make Sure Server Port is 465.

Click Done,  Let Account Verify.
