If you are receiving a Pop up stating that your mail is not able to connect.  Please do the following.


Open up Mail, click on Mail in the upper left corner, click Preferences.

Select the email account that is giving the pop up.

Click Server Settings.


Incoming Mail Server (IMAP)

Update the Host Name: securemail.aplus.net

Uncheck Automatically manage connection settings.

Make sure the port is 993, and use TLS/SSL is checked.

Make sure Authentication is selected.


Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)

Update the Host Name: securemail.aplus.net

Uncheck Automatically manage connection settings.

Make sure the port is 465, and use TLS/SSL is checked.

Make sure Authentication is Password.


Click Save.
